I’m hosting a free talk to demonstrate my favorite technique for getting to the core emotional drivers behind compulsive eating.
This works if you use food to:
- numb out
- distract
- de-stress
- relax
- reward yourself
- celebrate
- soothe yourself
- and more.
Of course, it's ideal if you can be on the live call, but if you can't make it, register anyway: you'll get a recording of the call if you register!

about food peace. body love
My practice goes deep:
aiming at the roots of your eating habits. Much of our relationship with food is influenced by our associations from our experiences. Often illogical or surprising, the associations we make throughout our childhood and life influence the choices we make and the way we experience life. They become our filter of reality.
Food is just one of many escapisms:
also known as coping mechanisms. The work I do addresses the root of why you get so triggered in the first place, and leaves you feeling a deeper sense of peace about life.
The goal is not just to lose weight,
but to help you develop a healthy and loving relationship with your body.
My work has many influences:
Yoga, EFT, FasterEFT, Somatic Psychology, NLP, and more, but the core of my training for helping people with emotional eating is from Brittany Watkins. She developed the Echo Tapping technique, and in my practice I have used it to help people interrupt binges, learn to love cooking, enjoy going to the gym, feel safe around men, like their reflection, and prioritize themselves and state their needs.
This is an extremely potent technique, and I’m so excited to share it with you all.
