Makayla McDonald is an enthusiastic human and coach and is all about befriending the body. Her practice, Food Peace Body Love, is based on the mission of helping people feel at home in their bodies and feel peaceful with food. 

She brings a variety of influences into her coaching practice. Her background in movement, meditation, and self-awareness practices greatly influences everything she does. She is trained in NLP, EFT, and FasterEFT, and has been coaching clients since 2015. She has a BA from Naropa University with a concentration in Yoga and is an avid student of Somatic Psychology and Dance Therapy. She loves nasturtiums, riding her bicycle, and visiting Boulder creek every season of the year.
