She brings a variety of influences into her coaching practice. Her background in movement, meditation, and self-awareness practices greatly influences everything she does. She is trained in NLP, EFT, and FasterEFT, and has been coaching clients since 2015. She has a BA from Naropa University with a concentration in Yoga and is an avid student of Somatic Psychology and Dance Therapy. She loves nasturtiums, riding her bicycle, and visiting Boulder creek every season of the year. |
