WELCOME TO

FOOD PEACE . BODY LOVE

Your body wants to be your friend.
We'll work together to get to the root of what's really causing you to obsess about your body and your diet.

You can be friends with your body again, and it's a truly precious friendship.
My name is Makayla, and I'm passionate about people being truly free.
Freedom means feeling deeply at peace with what is, and feeling inspired and excited about what you are creating in your life.

I help people who want to:
Love their bodies and feel totally peaceful around food.

I am a body-befriending coach. I help people eliminate all barriers from feeling truly at peace with themselves, and from making choices out of self love.

By fully digesting (and consequently releasing) the old narratives, traumas, and emotions, clients often find that their relationship with food, exercise, sleep, sex, dating, and work changes for the better.

I have so much compassion for the pain and suffering of feeling out of control with food, and
battling with your body. I've lived it in my own way, and I've witnessed beloved friends and family members deal with it as well.

I'm here.
I'm Ready to cOnnect and Facilitate You On Your Hero's Journey of Radical Self-Love.

We will discuss what is really going on for you right now, and I will answer all your questions.
The tools I offer are the tools I’ve used in my journey, and the tools I shall continue to use as I continue to remember who I am, and how worthy I am of all the goodness life has to offer.

Facilitating this healing, this perspective shift, this remembering, is something I treasure. I am so honored to be part of people's lives and journeys through my work as a coach.

Let the body be-friending begin.

- Warmly,
Makayla
